In an effort to accomodate all of you who keep getting buried on the waiting list for this class, Greg Ragan of Biga Pizza will be here for two November sessions. Both classes will feature Greg's tips for creating restaurant-worthy crust, including a demonstration of basic techniques that'll have you kneading and
tossing like a pro. This class is a great pizza tutorial for beginning chefs, as well as for seasoned cooks who want to refresh their pizza pie skills. You'll eat lots of pizza and you'll take some dough away with you to show off your new skills in the kitchen at home.
