This event is open to girls entering 6th grade through 12th grade and supervising adults.
Join Girl Scouts in low element ropes course activities that build trust and communication skills before taking your teamwork to a new level; 30 feet off the ground! You will have the opportunity to participate in individual elements such as the Boardwalk, or two person team elements such as the Hourglass and Wild Woosey. Don't know what any of that means? If you are afraid of heights, you are not alone! Both the low ropes and high ropes course is 'Challenge by Choice'. Participants are encouraged to actively take part in each activity, but will never be coerced into doing something they do not feel comfortable doing. This high challenge course is designed to allow participants to take on new challenges in a safe fun environment.
All participants must register at least 2 weeks in advance by sending in registration form with payment. Registration form can be found at this link on the Girl Scout website http://gsmw.org/calendar/events/index.php?com=detail&eID=782
Confirmation letters will be sent to all participants after the registration deadline.
