Highland dance team to perform at library
The Miles City Caledonian Society will perform at Missoula Public Library Monday, July 7, at 7 p.m. as part of their statewide dance tour celebrating the 100th anniversary of the society.
Currently the dance program has over 50 dancers ranging in age from 14 to 25. Watch traditional Scottish Highland dances as well as some modern Scottish choreography. In between the dance numbers, Society members will share cultural and historical information about Celtic peoples and the dance-styles presented.
