Join us to learn more about how ranchers grow and manage grass-fed and finished cows and how grass-fed beef benefits your health and the environment from the Coalition's Ranch Foreman, Maggie Schmidt. Treat your taste-buds with some samples of CFC beef, and learn more about how to buy, store and prepare those tricky cuts of beef from local food guru, Kristen Lee Charlson. If you like what you see, we will have order forms to purchase your own locally-raised, sustainable, grass fed beef from the Coalition's Ranch in Deer Lodge.
