Treat your taste-buds with some samples of CFC beef, and learn more about how to buy, store and prepare those tricky cuts of beef from local food guru, Kristen Lee Charlson. If you like what you see, we will have order forms to purchase your own locally-raised, sustainable, grass fed beef from the Coalition's Ranch in Deer Lodge.
