Innovation HR Series: Karl Jones - #2 / Motivating Employees
12:00 PM MonTEC
Are you adding employees for the first time or expanding your operations? Are you crossing your fingers and hoping the new employee works out? Are you concerned about employee motivation or failure to take initiative? Do you want to take your company to the next level and have the staff help you do this?
This three-part series of presentations & discussions will focus on how to hire employees that have a higher potential to work out; what motivates employees and how employees can help move a company to greater profitability.
Brown Bag #2: How do I motivate employees?
Money matters to employees but this option is rarely available. Employees are seeking something else, too, and will work very hard to receive it. The presentation will include identifying those other wants and how to provide them.
