Nathan Howard, the homeowners’ association president for El Mar Estates, is hosting a meeting for the homeowners associations of Missoula County. This meeting is being held as an opportunity to share ideas about parks maintenance contractors, liability insurance, animal control, enforcing your covenants and whatever else is on your mind.
