Turning the Wheel: Ecstatic Dance

Description:
Dance your world awake open movement studio.
Based loosely on Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms, we will dance our way through flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness to complete the wave that opens the body and frees the mind.

One hour of dancing with an opening and closing group activity; art supplies available.

All proceeds go to support Turning the Wheel Missoula's school programs.

Sundays through December 16th 11:00-12:30
