Roberta J. Smith has been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Missoula Federal Credit Union in Missoula, MT since July, 1998. As Senior Vice President, she is responsible for all aspects of employee recruitment and staffing, payroll and benefits, salary administration, training and development, employment practices, Board development and strategic planning for her organization, as well as overseeing the contractual relationship with VALIC that provides financial planning for the members.
This presentation has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
