Speech-Language and Hearing Advocacy Day

University Center - February 22, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM - The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders is hosting the Speech, Language, and Hearing Advocacy Day at the University of Montana on February 22 from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. The event will feature speakers from around the state including Miss Montana, Alexis Wineman, and Montana State Auditor, Monica Lindeen.
In addition to speakers, visitors to SLH Advocacy Day can tour informational booths located in the UC Ballroom which feature local and state organizations including the Worc Center, Playground Project, Montana Veterans' Affairs, and Operation Smile. There will also be free sign language seminars and free hearing screenings throughout the day.
All of the day's events will take place in the University Center and are open to the public.
