It beautifully combines the healing arts, dance arts and martial arts into an experience that brings joy to body, mind, spirit and emotion. Cathy Jenni, Nia Black Belt, enthusiastically encourages everyone at every level of fitness to join her for a fun-filled hour of movement and stress relaxation!
