We will learn how to use selected botanicals to support the body system with a focus on strengthening liver, upper respiratory, and immunologic function to help process environmental irritants. Learn how to prevent, manage, and alleviate seasonal allergy symptoms and more. We will also sample some helpful botanical preparations.<br />
