Ongoing class on Tuesday night. (drop in's welcome!)

Facilitated by Lizzi Juda and Lulu Steinberg of Turning the Wheel Missoula. Teens - adults. All abilities.

Connect with your body and inner voice in a safe, supportive environment. Tell your story or create a new one through movement, self awareness practices, writing and improvisation.
