Description:
Running Until You're 100: Why and How?, Large Meeting Room of Missoula Public Library, 12 - 1 p.m.-- FREE

Olympic runner Jeff Galloway has devoted more than thirty years as a coach, author, and public speaker to promoting running for people of all ages and abilities. Galloway's run-walk-run approach has enabled beginning runners, older runners, and injury-prone runners to enjoy the benefits of the sport without hurting themselves. Join us at noon, Tuesday January 22 at from 12 - 1 p.m. in the Large Meeting Room of the Missoula Public Library to hear Jeff's motivating introduction to injury-free running for ordinary people.

As part of this programming and partnership with the Missoula Public Library, Run Wild Missoula has donated three books by Jeff Galloway to the Missoula Public Library. They include Running: Getting Started, Running Until You Are 100 and Galloway's Book of Running.
