Kids in the Kitchen: "Hands-On" Valentine's Day Baking

Valentine's Day isn't just about hearts, cards and candy. It's about sharing the love - of baking. GFS Cooking School Manager Emily Walter wants to teach your young ones the joy of kitchen-inspired gift giving. Students will make chocolate mousse and heart-shaped cookies, plus learn a bit of kitchen chemistry - the secret to the chocolate soufflé Emily will help them prepare. Each student will take home a bag of treats filled with their tasty creations. (For childres 11 to 14 years of age.)
