Hosted by the Montana Chefs Association, the dinner honors this year's Chef of the Year, Thomas Campbell.
The multicourse dinner, prepared by Campbell, features southern Spanish
cuisine with authentic recipes from Janet Mendel's cookbook "My Kitchen
in Spain."
The event is a fundraiser for the association's Culinary Student Scholarship Fund.
Cost: $75 each.
