Are you resolved to quit smoking in 2008? Make it easier by attending Quit for Life classes. The February series of classes is February 7, 11, 13, 18, and 20. The cost is $35 and includes five classes and a free one-week supply of nicotine gum or patches to help relieve cravings. Classes meet 5:30-7 p.m. To register, please call 329-5740.
