• Ecstatic Dance Workshop: “Wave upon Wave” October 4-5th 11am-5pm To register: Call Sonja 406-250-8595 This Fall's Montana 5Rhythms' Workshop, "WAVE UPON WAVE", taught by Christine Havens, will be on October 4 and 5, 2008 11:00am-5:00pm both days. This will be the 7th year that we have held a fall 5Rhythms workshop in the beautiful state of Montana!
In "WAVE UPON WAVE" we will explore the continuous waves of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness moving through each dancer. We will move from the surface of our bodies and our lives into the core of the body, allowing the breath to move us. Dancing our way through chaos and into the deep self, we will navigate moving in and out, surrendering, shattering, and letting go. We will dance into the wide open and unfettered spaces of our being, ending in stillness- the alive and electric, unified field of who we are. JOIN US FOR THIS DEEP DANCE INTO THE 5RHYTHMS WAVE!
