The Montana ACLU is presenting an opportunity for our citizens to learn how solitary confinement affects
prisoners. We will hear from former Washington
Dept. of Corrections Secretary Eldon Vail and watch the National Geographic documentary "Solitary Confinement."
This presentation will focus on the mental, social, and societal impacts of this traditional and overused disciplinary tactic.
