Description:
Dawn is the CEO of Goodworks Ventures and President of the High Stakes Foundation. Her aim is to inspire, coach, nudge, push and support you in achieving your wildest biggest grandest vision of your company and the future you would like to create. Her work with entrepreneurs includes visioning, strategic planning, developing new business, and enhancing profitability and operations improvement through a deep dive into your company's finances and cash flow projections.
Dawn co-founded the Hellgate Venture Network with Paul Gladen. HVN, a partner in the Innovation Initiative, facilitates social networking both on and offline amongst entrepreneurs and advisors engaged in building growth businesses in Western Montana. Dawn has more than 20 years experience managing private equity funds and financing high social impact businesses. She has a law degree from Fordham University and did her undergraduate work in economics at the University of North Carolina.

The Innovation Initiative is a cooperative effort between Missoula Economic Partnership, The University of Montana Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program and Hellgate Venture Network. We pair entrepreneurs who have innovative ideas with the resources, insight and expertise they need to turn those ideas into real, life-and-blood companies. This collaborative program provides a wide variety of entrepreneurial assistance, free.
