Ben Miller, chef at The Ranch at Rock Creek, traded away the city life and his job at Seattle's renowned Il Fornaio for the quiet appeal of creating memorable food in an unforgettable setting. Tonight Ben shares his talents in a class designed to help you master a few Italian classics. You'll learn to make both pasta and gnocchi from scratch, plus hear the secrets to perfecting risotto al dente. Ben likes to work with local and seasonal ingredients too, so he'll also share some late autumn flavor profiles in the slow-cooked sauces that he'll pair with his hearty Italian fare.
