Night Shade in the Blue Hour is a collaborative installation by Philadelphia artists Andrea Marquis and Paul Swenbeck. These artists share a common heritage that led them to explore the alchemical world of ceramics. Both were born in Salem, Massachusetts: a place where the occult permeates everyday life. In their first collaborative venture,the artists will be creating an installation of moving sculptures, objects and projections that will take the viewer through their interpretation of twilight sleep.
