Take a little break from the holiday madness and winter winds and join us for a Saturday morning celebration of fresh pasta. Red Bird chef Matt Cornette will show you how easy it is to tranform three simple ingredients - flour, eggs and olive oil - into a food enjoyed around the globe. We'll supply the pasta machines and sweep up the flour while you're up to your elbows in the creation of three different types of pastas. You'll take some of your pasta dough home, but you'll also get to enjoy a fabulous Italian lunch highlighted by a few of Matt's favorite sauces.
