Getting Started Making Cheese at Home

You are invited to attend a beginning cheese-making class at the Co-op. Dave Budge, local DIY cheese-maker extraordinaire will share some of the basics. Attendees will get a run-down on ingredients, equipment needed, the basics of making cheese and where to find further resources. Questions are encouraged, so if you have experiences to share, please bring them. Additionally, attendees will leave with a recipe for making a simple farmhouse cheese in their own home. And the best part: will get to taste some of Dave's cheeses!

Cost: A few bucks for cultures and rennet, if you'd like donation for space rental.
