Even those of you who can't imagine Thanksgiving without a turkey at the center of the table will be inspired by the delicious menu Lucas Edwards will prepare this evening. Lucas, a chef at The Silk Road, is quickly becoming one of the cooking school's most popular guest instructors, lauded for his teaching style and his talent for balancing classic technique with creative innovation. Tonight Lucas will showcase his skills in the preparation of a vegetarian menu that feels like it's been part of our Thanksgiving traditions for generations.
