Dreaming up something special to prepare for that someone special on Valentine's Day? May we suggest a cheesecake? This evening GFS Cheese Buyer Jennie Gregory will introduce you to five cheesecake cheeses that might surprise you.
And Emily Walter, GFS Cooking School Manager, will incorporate them into the delectable cheesecakes she'll have ready for you to sample. They will further romance your taste buds with wine pairing recommendations to enhance the cakes and compliment the cheeses.
