To really send your get-together over the top, come learn some party-planning secrets from one of Western Montana's most successful caterers. Paige Pitzer of Riversong Gourmet will help you with menu planning - she'll even demonstrate a few tasty
appetizers you can nosh on while you learn - but that's just for starters. She'll also share tips for gorgeous presentation, estimating food quantities, and planning around food allergies and dietary restrictions. Paige will also talk about setting up the room, decorating it and even what kind of music to play. Paige definitely knows how to entertain. So expect a party - while you learn to throw one.
