The Sustainable Business Council and partners are proud to announce the Buy Local Fortnight Challenge, a community-based challenge asking Missoula and Western Montana to buy local for two full weeks. From Saturday, June 9th through Saturday, June 23rd, citizens are challenged to make an extra effort to determine which businesses in their community are locally and independently owned and to direct their dollars toward those entities. This event culminates at The Garden City Localfest on June 23rd from 11:45 to 8 p.m. at Caras Park. Go to localfest@sustainablebusinesscouncil.org for more details.
