Gallery Saintonge is honored to announce the upcoming exhibit Concurrence: An Evolving India with photographs by renown photographer David H. Wells. With an extensive background in photography – as a commercial photographer, photo-essayist and photo-educator – it is with great pleasure we show this recent work exploring dualities in South Asia’s evolving culture, blending local tradition and history with the impact of globalization. Wells has focused on India, and South Asia in general, for over thirteen years through three grants (two Fulbright Fellowships and an Alicia Patterson Fellowship) as well as magazine assignments and personal research.
