The MCVB Education Committee cordially invites you to a presentation by Betsy Baumgart and Victor Bjornberg of Travel Montana. The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, May 8th, 5 - 7:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Downtown at the Park.
This is an event all Missoula and area businesses won't want to miss. Travel Montana representatives Betsy Baumgart and Victor Bjornberg will begin with an overview of the economic influence travel and tourism has on the state of Montana and then, via research garnered through the Institute of Tourism and Recreation Research (ITRR), they will discuss what constitutes a vacationer to Montana. Their talk will include the different roles Montana's tourism partners play in promoting travel to our state with special emphasis on the programs Travel Montana administers including the current campaigns and marketing projects, as well as ways partner organizations like MCVB and private businesses can stretch the marketing reach.
