Olives are from the oldest known cultivated trees in the world and were grown before any written language was invented. Tonight Good Food Store Cheese Buyer Jennie Gregory will offer a tutorial on this ancient fruit, focused on the varieties she features in the GFS antipasto bar. Jennie will also pair a variety of olives with five of her favorite cheeses and Emily Walter, Cooking School Manager, will whip up a few olive-inspired appetizers. As always, they'll also suggest a few beer and wine pairings to enjoy with your olives.
