Graham Roy, former biology teacher and chef/owner of Romaine's, knows that preparing certain shellfish and seafood can be a little intimidating. But tonight he's here to show you why it shouldn't be. After a couple hours of hands-on instruction, he'll have you shucking, cleaning and filleting like a pro. Graham will also discuss shopping for seafood, safe storage, and the importance of selecting responsibly-harvested species.
