All programs start at 7 p.m. in the Missoula Public Library large meeting room. Homesteading on the Flathead Indian Reservation, Wednesday Sept. 17. Join amateur historian and author Janyce J. Taylor in examining homesteading and how it pertained to the lands inside the Flathead Indian Reservation, including the drawing registration that drew thousands of applicants to Missoula in 1909.
