Icicles and Bicycles Celebration

Description:
Join Adventure Cycling Association, Missoula In Motion, Bike/Walk Alliance for Missoula and Mayor John Engen for a safe winter riding celebration on First Friday, November 6th. If you’re curious about continuing bicycling through the winter months, or you’re a seasoned “snow-pro,” drop by Adventure Cycling (150 E Pine St.) between 4:30 – 7:00 pm and meet other friendly winter riding experts who will be sharing cold weather riding tips and stories and modeling their winter clothing and gear.
Our guest of honor will be Mayor John Engen, who will be launching the Mayor’s Bike Light Initiative. We’ll be serving delicious appetizers and drinks and grooving to tunes from Baba Ganoush, a popular and local new-wave bluegrass band.
Several local bike shops will be on hand to show off cool gear and providing great prizes for a free raffle drawing that evening.
