SUMMARY:Brigitta Miranda-Freer is Business Development Director for Missoula Economic Partnership. She is responsible for business expansion and recruitment efforts in addition to implementation of special projects such as Innovation Initiative, MEP Angel Network, and Air Service Task Force. 

As part of MEP\'s business expansion programs, Brigitta routinely meets with existing businesses and startups in an effort to ensure that they are wired to public and private sector resources to help them grow and expand (Montana state and Federal Economic Development programs, working capital, training dollars, mentoring, etc.).  

She currently serves on Boards for UM College of Technology as well as Montana Economic Developers Association. Prior to joining MEP in June of 2011, Brigitta worked as Membership Services Manager at the Montana World Trade Center where she counseled businesses on their exporting endeavors, routinely facilitating export sales linkages between U.S. clients and appropriate in-country partners. 

She also handled special projects such as trade missions and the MWTC student practicum. Brigitta has worked in international sales and marketing for Winner International and MounTerra, Inc. as well as for Washington DC based non-profits, Citizens Network for Foreign Affairs and the Inter-American Bar Association. Brigitta is a graduate of American University in Washington, DC.
