The Primary Color Mandala

Create a beautiful mandala while learning about mixing colors. Roberts will introduce the concept and history of the mandala and the color wheel. Participants will then create their own circular design using tempera paint and will mix a range of colors using the primaries: blue, red and yellow.
The whole family is invited to make art together at these Saturday Family Art Workshops. The fee requested is $5 per participant but scholarships are available –just ask. Older children can be left alone to create art, but parents are asked to stay with children under age 7.
