Heart Rhythm Meditation Seminars
7:00 PM See Description
Description:
Heart disease is the #1 cause of death for both men and women. This
statistic indicates that modern life may be very hard on our hearts.
Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) can help increase heart health, reduce
stress and restore optimism. Puran and Susanna Bair are the co-founders
of the Institute for Applied Meditation in Tucson, Arizona, and they
have developed Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM). The Bairs have authored
two books detailing this approach, Living from the Heart (Random House,
1998) and Energize Your Heart In 4 Dimensions (Living Heart Media,
2007).
The Bairs have added Missoula to their international seminar schedule
and are being sponsored by the First United Methodist Church (UMC) in
Missoula. They will give a free introductory talk on Thursday, April
10th from 7-9:00 p.m. in the First UMC sanctuary, and will conduct two
all-day seminars at First UMC, on Friday for health professionals (with
CEUs), and on Saturday for the general public. The first of three days
of instructor training will be held on Sunday at Open Way, with the
others to be held on May 17 & 18. For more information you may call
888-310-7881 or visit the website http://www.appliedmeditation.org/schedule/seminars.shtml to register.
