And though you're right to be skeptical, you really don't need a big production staff and budget to create a variety of beautiful and delicious holiday treats. Join us for a hands-on class with Graham Roy, owner of the new Missoula restaurant Romaine's, and learn to create cookies that are fun to make, more fun to present to your friends and neighbors, and most important, a joy to eat. We can't promise this class will lead to your own Food Network show, but don't be surprised if you do end up looking like a holiday baking superstar.
