Jackson Holte and the Highway Patrol is a 5-piece Americana rock and roll band from Missoula, MT. The band was formed in the summer of 2017 when several of Missoula’s greasiest bar-band veterans spent a summer fleeing bears and peeling pears on the Yellowstone plateau, where they recognized the need for a sturdy, straight-ahead rock band back on their home turf. Jackson Holte is a migratory woodsman and ranch hand ranging across the Northern Rockies, who fronts the band with baritone vocals and blues-inflected guitar playing. Reed Ellsworth on guitar, Ryan Garnsey on keys, Brian Tremper on drums, and Marko Capoferri on bass comprise the Highway Patrol, a band hotter than a bare ass in the Boiling River, that moves effortlessly between grooves and opens up Holte’s narrative-driven folk songs into full and free live jams.

Edgar Allan Kubrick is a Missoula, MT based trio playing a mixture of alternative folk, dark folk, and indie. The group was formed in the fall of 2016 when long time band mates Jayden Peterson and Ethan Holmes decided to team up once again to create a unique blend of folk and alternative music. Edgar Allan Kubrick is composed of bass vocalist Jayden Peterson who also plays 12-string guitar, electric guitar, and banjo, Ethan Holmes, one of the best drummers since John Bonham, and in 2017 Parker Lane, a long time friend was added on bass guitar. Their influences range from old dusty folk songs, to Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, to old school punk, and the majesty that is Montana’s landscape and the history of its people. The band has created quite a catalog of original material and performs regularly in Montana. Subject matter in their songs ranges from encountering Bigfoot in the woods to falling in love with a ghost in the ruins of a forgotten city. Currently the band is underway recording their debut album.
Edgar Allan Kubrick is known for their energy they bring to their live shows and the experience they create for their audience.
