Asana Lab
Would you like to explore some more advanced yoga asanas? And take time to work with these poses? Join me the 3rd Friday of each month this Fall for Asana Lab. In these two-hour asana focused sessions, we will have the luxury to dive deep into our asana practice. With our body, mat, and studio space as our lab, we will explore, investigate, and experiment with intermediate/advanced poses and sequencing. Inspired by Christina Sell’s Asana Junkies courses. We will work hard, be safe, and find play in our practice. Start your weekend off with some yoga asana!
