Our resident Barbara Noel will be having another book signing in honor of her third and final book, titled Puns Intended Three. She would like to invite the local media to cover her unique life and story. Grizzly Peak will open their doors to fans of Barbara to join in this event.

" Barbara Noel, author of "Puns Intended" and "Puns Intended Two" will be celebrating the publication of her third and final book, "Puns Intended Three".

Noel, a resident of Grizzly Peak, published her first book in 2009 and never expected to be a published author, as her background is in science. Following the surprising success of her first book, Noel published "Puns Intended Two" in 2011. She dedicated the book to all the men and women of the armed forces serving the country wishing that "In the future puns will replace guns".

Noel's passion for puns began in the 1950's when she used to enter company sponsored contests by submitting puns, recipes and essays to earn a little extra spending money. She first attempted to publish a book of puns several decades ago but to no avail. Luckily, she kept her original transcripts and continued to write into her retirement. In October of 2009 Noel's first book was published by Trafford Publishing Company based in Bloomington, Indiana. Now, at 91, she looks to end her writing career with the final book of the "Puns Intended" series.
