Learn to use authentic Springerle molds to create your delicious holiday favorites. We will create detailed Speculass and bake traditional Lebkuchen. Because the Springerle must be mixed, molded and dry for 24 hours please bring a cookie sheet to take the cookies home and bring back to the second class.
