Introduction to T'ai Chi Chuan with Michael Norvelle
Wednesdays, December 7-28, 7:45-8:30 PM
$40.00 for the 4-week course
This series is intended to prepare students new to this T'ai Chi form to enter the ongoing class. The focus will be on learning and understanding the basic philosophy of T'ai Chi, as well as give the new student an opportunity to master the very important "front end" of the form. These movements are crucial to an optimal practice of the form and will allow students to enter the ongoing class with confidence.
