Therapeutic Sound Meditation Description:
Allow the ancient sounds of Himalayan singing bowls to bring your mind, body, and spirit into Harmony. As the harmonies and binaural beats resonate the body to relaxes and the inner self
journeys beyond time and space.

*This is a two hour sound meditation, bring what you need to be comfortable in a laying position or a seated position for two hours* I recommend bringing your own pillow and blanket for extra comfort.
The center has plenty of yoga mats, bolsters, meditation cushions, pillows and blankets. If you have a sacred shawl, crystals, pillows or other healing meditation tools feel free to bring them.
