Flavors of the World: Christmas in Burgundy
Tuesday, December 2, 6:30 pm, $35 In France, the main holiday meal, Le Reveillon, is served on Christmas Eve. The focus is feasting on good food, simple entertaining and lots of candlelight. Tonight's class, which kicks off a month of holiday classes, features a menu typical of what you might enjoy at the Le Reveillon table. Matt Cornette, a Red Bird chef whose mother studied at the Sorbonne, will share some of what he's learned from watching his mother add magic to his family's holiday table.
