Known for her raspy, smoky vocals, Neko Case has been a dominant force within the indie music scene. Her genre ranges from atmospheric, pop-tinged rock to country centric folk music.
She's released an extensive catalog of music, both as a solo artist and as a part of other bands. Case has been a staple member of the Canadian indie rock group The New Pornographers, serving as both a lead and backing vocalist on each of the bands seven studio albums. They're most recent work Whiteout Conditions came out in 2017. Case has also worked with several other bands, including The Corn Sisters, The Sadies, Cub, and Maow. On, June 1, 2018, Case unveiled her latest album Hell-On.
