The Missoula League of Women Voters is hosting a free presentation and discussion “Get to know the League: Introduction to local, state and national League of Women Voters.” The meeting is free and open to the public.
The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan organization founded nearly 100 years ago with passage of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution that gave women the right to vote. Purpose of the League is to ensure that every citizen has the right, the opportunity, and the knowledge to participate in our democracy. The League does not endorse candidates or political parties.
