The Missoula Community Theatre is holding an open audition on Sunday, November 19 for "Happy Days: A New Musical." The musical is new, but the classic 1970’s sitcom about a fun-loving group of teenagers growing up in the 1950’s is as familiar as the deliciousness of burgers, fries, and a chocolate malt!

The audition will take place from 12:00-3:00 PM on the third floor of the MCT Center for the Performing Arts. Please use the Main Street entrance. Director Megan Wiltshire anticipates casting 12-14 women and 10-12 men (ages 15 and older). No advance preparation is required to audition. Call-backs will likely take place that afternoon.

Some of the roles to be cast are Richie and his family (Joanie, Marion, and Howard); his friends Potsie and Ralph; and the super cool Fonz and Pinky Tuscadero. Wiltshire, choreographer Kirsten Paisley, and musical director Roxann Jackson expect that rehearsals will be weeknights from 7-10:30 PM.
