Professional runners and Canadian Olympians Courtney Babcock and Diane Cummins will talk about their careers and running accomplishments and will give training tips on how to get faster.

Courtney Babcock holds the Canadian women's 5,000 and 10,000 meter records both set during the 2003 season. She represented Canada in the 2004 Summer Olympics. Courtney now lives in Missoula with her husband and two young boys and is the distance/cross-country coach at The University of Montana. She also coaches Run Wild Missoula's Tuesday Track program and is the race director for the Turkey Day 8k/3k.

Diane Cummins, born in South Africa, has been a professional runner for 14 year and participated in the Canada Olympic Trials for the fourth time recently. She set her personal best in her specialty, the women's 800 meters, in 2001 in Italy with a time of 1:58:39. Her PB was .6 off the Olympic qualifying standard by the end of this season. Her accomplishments include: 10 x Canadian National Champion in the 800m, 800m indoor and outdoor Canadian Records and 1000m indoor and outdoor Canadian Records, ranked 5th in the World for 800m in 2001, competed at five World Track and Field Championships and the Olympic Games in 2004 placed 14th, Pan American Games Gold medal in 2007, and Bronze and Silver medals from Commonwealth Games in 2002 and 2010. Diane lives and trains in Missoula for the World Championships in Russia in 2013. She holds the record in the Missoula Mile.
