Couples in the Kitchen: Paris Bistro

There’s never been a culture that has celebrated food the way the French have. And there’s no better way to taste the magnitude of the French culinary tradition than to tour a few of the hundreds of little bistros scattered about Paris. Harriet Eichenholz of Fine Cooking Catering has been lucky enough to experienced this tour and tonight she’ll help six pairs of guests prepare some of her favorite Paris bistro dishes. Best yet, everyone will gather at the end of the evening to share a family- style meal they’ve helped prepare.
