Halloween Bash Offers Safe, Family Fun at Children's Museum Missoula

Missoula, MT- Children's Museum Missoula will host their 12th annual Halloween Bash on Sunday, October 26 from noon to 5pm. Halloween Bash is a highly anticipated friend-raising event welcoming kids of all ages and their grown-ups to the museum, located at 225 West Front Street, for hours of spooky fun. Costumes are encouraged and guests will enjoy an afternoon filled with games and activities, prizes and a Halloween themed craft.
In addition to games and prizes, the event will feature special performances by community guests such as Animal Wonders, Montana Natural History Center, SpectrUM and paleontologist, Kallie Moore. Animal Wonders will bring a variety of critters and SpectrUM will be demonstrating an eye dissection. Families will be able to observe dinosaur artifacts from the University of Montana Paleontology Department and learn about spiders. Kid-favorite chemistry wizard and University of Montana professor, Garon "G-Wiz" Smith, will also return this year with his magical science tricks.
The annual event is a huge outreach opportunity for Children's Museum Missoula allowing hundreds of children and their grown-ups to explore the museum. Past Halloween Bash events have seen over 300 attendees. The event not only offers fun and games, but a safe, welcoming environment where even the youngest children can celebrate. Museum Manager, Heidi Kendall, said, "This event is a super fun, slightly spooky family-oriented event that everyone can enjoy."

Admission to the event is $5/person and children under one are free. Regular membership and free admission passes are invalid for this special event.
